અજીર્ણ - હરડેનું તાજું ચૂર્ણ એક ચમચી સવારે - રાત્રે પાણી સાથે લેવું

અતિસાર - મળનું અતિસરણ એટલે ઝાડા .ખોરાક બંધ કરી , ખોરાક માં કેવળ છાશ લઈ, એક ચમચી સૂંઠનું ચૂર્ણ બે-બે કલાકે છાશમાં મેળવીને લેતાં રહેવું એમાં જીરું પણ ઊમેરી શકાય.

અનિંદ્રા - ભેંશનાં દૂધમાં ગંઠોડા –(પીપરીમૂળ)નું ચૂર્ણ ૧ ચમચી રોજ રાત્રે લેવું.

અમ્લપિત - એસિડિટી નામે પ્રચલિત આ રોગમાં રૉજ સવારે ને રાત્રે એક એક ચમચી આમળાનું ચૂર્ણ પાણી સાથે લેવું . અને તીખું, તળેલું, વાસી, મેંદાનું, આથેલું બંધ કરવું.

અરુચિ - ભૂખ ન લાગતી હોય તો સિંધવ નાખેલી બિજોરાની ચટણી રોજ ખાવી અથવા આદુંના ટુકડા કરીને લિંબુ અને સિંધાલુણ નાંખીને જમ્યા પહેલા ખાવું.

અલસક – જૂની કબજિયાત - જેમાં મળ આળસ કરી ને આંતરડામાં ભરાઈ રહેતો હોય ત્યારે તેને અલસક કહે છે. તેને કાયમી કબજિયાત પણ કહી શકાય. આવા દર્દી એ ખોરાક માં લસણ વધુમાં વધું લેવું.

અસ્થિભંગ - હાંડકું ભાંગ્યું હોય ત્યારે, હાડ – વૈધની સારવાર બાદ, લાક્ષાદિગૂગળ અથવા આભાદિ ગુગળની ૨-૨ ગોળી સવારે – રાત્રે ચાવીને લેવી અને લાક્ષાદિ તેલની માલિશ કરવી.

આમવાત - નાનાં સાંધામાં સોજા સાથે સખત દુઃખાવો સવારે વધુ થતો હોય તેવા આમવાત (રૂમેટિઝમ)માં સૂંઠના ઊકાળામાં દિવેલ –મેળવીને લેવું અને સોજા ઉપર સૂંઠ-ગૂગળનો લેપ કરવો.

આર્તવદોષ – માસિક બરાબર ન આવવું, મોડું આવવું કે થોડું આવવું આ પ્રકારના માસિક ને લગતા સ્ત્રીઓના રોગોમાં કુમારી આસવ એક – એક મોટો ચમચો એટલે કે ૨૦ મિલિ સવારે – સાંજે ગરમ પાણીમાં મેળવીને લેવો. બહારના નાસ્તા બંધ કરીને. સમયસર ઊંઘ લેવી.

આંચકી - શુધ્ધ ટંકણખાર ૧થી ૨ ગ્રામ ગરમ પાણીમાં કે મધમાં આપવો.

આંજણી - રસવંતી (રસાંજન) નો જાડો લેપ આંખો કે આંજણી ઊપર કરવો અને રોજરાત્રે ત્રિફ્ળા ચૂર્ણ લેવું.

ઊદરશૂળ - પેટના દુખાવામાં શિવાક્ષાર ચૂર્ણ ૨ થી૪ ગ્રામ ગરમ પાણી સાથે દિવસમાં બે – ત્રણ વખત આપવું. પેટ ઊપર શેક કરવો. અથવા અજમો અને સંચળ ને ભેગું કરીને લેવું અને હળવો ખોરાક લેવો.

ઉધરસ - ભોરીંગણીનો ઊકાળો બનાવીને ત્યારબાદ ઠરે ત્યારે મધ મેળવીને પીવાનું રાખવું.

ઊનવા - ઘી, સાકર અને એલચીના ચૂર્ણ સાથે ચંદ્રકલા રસ એક ગોળી દિવસમાં ત્રણ – ચાર વખત ચટાડવો. જેથી પેશાબમાં થતી બળતરાં – ઊનવામાં ફાયદો થશે.

ઊરઃક્ષત - છાતીમાં ચાંદું પડવાથી કફ સાથે લોહી પડતું હોય અને છાતીમાં દુખતું હોય તેમાં પીપળાની લાખનું ચૂર્ણ દિવસમાં બે –ત્રણ વખત મધમાં ચટાડવું.

ઊલટી - ક્પૂરકાચલીનું ચૂર્ણ ખૂબ થોડી માત્રામાં વારંવાર જીભ ઊપર લગાડ્યા કરવું.

કબજિયાત - હરડેનું ચૂર્ણ યોગ્ય માત્રામાં રોજ રાત્રે કે વહેલી સવારે હૂંફાળા પાણી સાથે લેવું. 18. કમળો - કુમળા મૂળા ખવરાવવા.

કર્ણરોગ – કાનનીબહેરાશ, કાનમાંથી પરુ આવવું, કાનમાંથી અવાજ આવવો, કાનમાં ખંજવાળ આવવી વગેરે કાનના તમામ રોગમાં રોજ રાત્રે સરસવ તેલના ટીંપા કાનમાં નાંખવાં.

કાકડા – હળદરનો તાજો પાવડર એક-એક ચમચી મધ સાથે દિવસમાં ત્રણચાર વખત ચટાડવો. હળદરના પાવડરના કોગળા કરવા તથા ગળા બહાર તેનો લેપ કરવો.

કૃમિ – કરમિયાં – ચરમિયાંમાં ગળપણ ખાવાનું બંધ કરાવી, વાવડિંગનું ચૂર્ણ મધ સાથે દિવસમાં ત્રણ વખત આપવું.

કૃશતા (વજન ઓછું હોવું) - દૂધમાં પકાવેલ અશ્વગંધા ચૂર્ણની (મોટી માત્રામાં) ખીર બનાવીને સવારે – રાત્રે આપવી. તેમાં સ્વાદ માટે જરૂર પ્રમાણે સાકર નાંખવી.

કંઠમાળ - કાંચનાર ગૂગળની ત્રણ ત્રણ ગોળી દિવસ માં ત્રણ વખત પાણીમાં લેવી અને તેનો લેપ ગાંઠ ઉપર દિવસે કરવો.

કેન્સરની ગાંઠ - વરુણાદિ ક્વાથ સાથે કાંચનાર ગૂગળનો ઉપર પ્રમાણે લેપ કરવો.

કોઢ - ચામડીનાં કોઈપણ રોગમાં મંજિષ્ઠાદિ ક્વાથ સાથે ખેરસાર એક-એક ગ્રામ લેવો તથા ખેરસાર લગાડવો. 26. કોલેરા - પુષ્કળ પ્રમાણમાં લીંબુનાં રસ સાથે સંજીવની વટી બે- બે ગોળી આપવી.

ક્ષય (ટી.બી.) - બકરીનું દૂધ, માખણ, ઘી, માંસ, વગેરે ખોરાકમાં લેવાં અને તેના યોગ્ય ઔષધો સાથે લેવાં.

ખરજવું - લીમડાનાં બાફેલાં પાન બાંધ્યાં કરવાં અને લીમડાનો અર્ધો કપ રસ સવારે – સાંજે લેવો.

ખીલ - લોધર, ધાણા, સરસવ અને વજનો લેપ લીમડાના રસમાં દિવસે કરવો.

ખૂજલી - સરસવ તેલની માલિશ કરવી અને તમામ ખટાશ બંધ કરવી.

ગ્રહણી - કેવળ છાશ ઊપર રહીને (છાશ વટી કરીને) છાશ સાથે પંચામૃત પર્પટી અર્ધો ગ્રામ સવારે - સાંજે લેવી.

ગાંડપણ - જૂનાં ઘીમાં પકાવેલ બ્રાહ્મીઘૃત આપવું ને ખોરાકમાં ગાયનું ખૂબ જૂનું ઘી આપવું.

ગૂમડાં - લીમડાનાં સૂકાં પાન બાળી, તેની રાખ લીંબોળીનાં તેલમાં મિક્સ કરીને લગાડવી, લીમડાનો રસ પણ પીવડાવવો.

ગેસ - શિવાક્ષાર પાચન ચૂર્ણ ૨ થી ૪ ગ્રામ પાણી સાથે દિવસમાં બે વખત લેવું.

ગોળો - તલતેલમાં પકાવેલું લસણ ખાવા આપવું. પેટ પર દિવેલ ચોળી, વરાળીયો શેક કરવો.

ચામડીના રોગ – ચામડીના તમામ રોગોમાં લીમડો ઊકાળીને સ્નાન કરવું અને મંજિષ્ઠાદિ ક્વાથ પીવાનો રાખવો.
